    • The insured person must be in good physical health, not have any disabilities, not be insane, not be bedridden, or use a wheelchair, and must not have or have had any conditions prior to taking out the insurance, including epilepsy, bone disease, muscle weakness, AIDS, and cancer.
    • The beneficiary is as per the information provided to the Company and/or the legal heir.
    • Purchase is limited to 1 person per policy per day.
